No problem, we grant you a <strong>14-day<\/strong> right of exchange from receipt of the bracelet. It is sufficient if you have sent your return by post within this 14-day period.  <\/p>\n<p>Everything you need to do for a size exchange:<\/p>\n<p>1. our <strong><br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.isar-rider.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Umtauschformular-2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">exchange form<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong> download and fill out.<\/p>\n<p>2. return the bracelet to us together with the exchange form.<\/p>\n<p>3. preferably as a <strong>registered letter<\/strong> so that you have a consignment number. Costs:<strong> 3.45 euros<\/strong>. As a <strong>compact letter up to 50 grams<\/strong>. (The bracelet without wooden box incl. cloth bag and exchange form usually weighs less than 50 g). We will then send you the bracelet in the new size &#8211; at our expense.   <\/p>\n<p>Please do <strong>NOT<\/strong> send us the return as a <strong>registered<\/strong><strong> letter<\/strong>, as there is not always someone in the office and we have to go to the post office every time. This will increase the processing time. \ud83d\ude41 .<\/p>\n<p>4.<strong> without wooden box<\/strong>: Please send us the bracelet only in the cloth bag provided (or wrapped in some cloth or paper) <strong>without a wooden box <\/strong>in an envelope or in our cardboard envelope. Our mailbox is not very big. (This does NOT apply to revocations\/returns.
