Particularly striking: the issue of size<\/h3>\n

[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How do I measure my wrist circumference correctly?”]It’s very simple. Here, a photo shows you how to easily measure your wrist circumference. It\u2019s important that you wrap the measuring tape snugly(!) around your wrist and then use that(!) measurement to find the corresponding size on the size chart. We\u2019ll then add a few more centimeters.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What specific sizes are available?”]It’s important to us that the bracelet fits well. That’s why we spare no expense or effort and offer seven (!) sizes, ranging from XS to 3XL. The difference between each size is only 1 cm.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What should I do if the size doesn\u2019t fit?”]That’s no problem. You have 14 days to exchange the bracelet for a different size. PLEASE NOTE: This deadline is extended during the Christmas season. For orders placed on or after November 15, you have until January 6 to exchange the item.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do you also make custom sizes?”]Yes. Since each of our bracelets is made to order, we’re happy to accommodate special sizes. The exception to this is our beaded bracelets. If you’d like a special size, just give us a quick call.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I return the bracelet?”]That’s no problem either. You have 14 days to return the bracelet, including the wooden box, to us. At the very bottom of the homepage, you\u2019ll find the return policy and a return button. Just click on it. As soon as we receive the package, we\u2019ll refund the purchase price, including your shipping costs (from the order).[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How long do I have to return the item?”]The deadline for exchanging an item for a different size and the deadline for canceling an order are both 14 days. During the pre-Christmas period, these deadlines are extended: For orders placed on or after November 15, you have the right to exchange or cancel the order until January 6.<\/p>\n

So it makes the perfect gift![\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do I need to be home when the order is delivered?”]No. The package will be delivered as usual by the mail carrier and will fit in your mailbox. We ship the bracelet (or bracelets) in a shipping envelope made from recycled cardboard.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I wear multiple bracelets together?”]Absolutely! Our entire selection of bracelets is designed so that multiple bracelets can be combined with one another. Our beaded bracelets\u2014such as the tiger’s eye or the petrified wood bracelet\u2014pair exceptionally well with the Rider Vintage Brown, for example. Add to that our penchant for vintage. The vintage style is evident not only in many of our leather bracelets but also in some of our clasps\u2014such as those on the Rider or Ranger bracelets.<\/p>\n

As for the bracelets made from climbing rope: Most of these bracelets feature a matte finish. That, too, is a deliberate stylistic choice.<\/p>\n

And last but not least: Handcrafted in Bavaria.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Are the bracelets actually handmade by you?”]Yes. Every leather or climbing rope bracelet ordered is handmade after we receive the order. This applies only to a limited extent to beaded bracelets; we have the individual beads strung by an outside vendor.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do you also accommodate special design requests?”]Yes. Since each of our bracelets is handmade only after we receive your order, we\u2019re also open to special design requests within our range of materials. You\u2019ll receive a one-of-a-kind piece, so to speak. Pearl bracelets are the exception to this rule. If you have a special request, it\u2019s best to just give us a quick call.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How is the bracelet packaged?”]You\u2019ll receive the bracelet in a high-quality wooden box. This makes it the perfect gift. We ship it in a DIN A5 cardboard envelope, which fits in your mailbox. The big advantage of this is that you don\u2019t have to be home when it\u2019s delivered![\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How do I care for the bracelet?”]You should rub leather bracelets with a little leather grease or leather balm from time to time. This keeps the leather supple and protects it from moisture.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What happens when leather gets wet?”]That\u2019s not a problem, but it shouldn\u2019t be constantly exposed to moisture. Moisture dries out the leather and makes it brittle. Before you go swimming in salty seawater, it\u2019s best to take it off for a moment.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How durable or long-lasting is the bracelet?”]Our leather is durable and high-quality. If you treat the leather with a little leather conditioner every now and then and generally take good care of the bracelet, it will serve you well for many years. Our climbing rope bracelets are virtually indestructible anyway.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I shower, swim, or exercise while wearing it?”]You can, but you should pat the bracelet dry a little afterward. Do the same for the clasp.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is the material skin-friendly?”]Our leather is tanned using purely vegetable-based methods, and all fasteners are made of high-quality stainless steel. All materials used are completely skin-friendly. The Isarsilver, Black Edition, and Isargold bracelets have a diameter of 6 mm.
