Delivery & Shipping / Shipping abroad.

The delivery time within GERMANY is 2-3 business days from receipt of payment.

Shipping costs (delivery, postage and packaging) within Germany: 2.50 euros (incl. VAT).

Our email gift vouchers are of course excluded from this.

We usually ship by DHL incl. Shipment tracking option. The delivery takes place idR. in your mailbox, so you do not have to be at home.

Shipping costs to AUSTRIA, ITALY, FRANCE, DENMARK, BELGIUM, THE NETHERLANDS, and LUXEMBOURG: 3.50 euros (including tax). Delivery takes up to 6 business days from receipt of payment, but it’s usually faster.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the new EU Packaging Regulation effective in August 2026, we are unfortunately unable to ship to other European countries at this time.
