Exchange

The bracelet does not fit and you need it in another size? No problem, for orders from Germany we grant a 4-week exchange right from receipt of the bracelet. (For orders from abroad see below).

All you have to do for this:

1. our
exchange form
download and fill out.

2. send the bracelet back to us together with the exchange form preferably by“Post-Prio“. This is the cheapest option with proof of delivery, (2.70 euros).

3. NOT as handover registered mail, because there is not always someone in the office and then we have to go to the post office every time. This will increase the processing time. 🙁 .

4. without wooden box: Please send us the bracelet only in the provided cloth bag (or wrapped in some cloth or paper) without wooden box in an envelope or in our cardboard envelope. (Our mailbox is not very big).

5. you will receive the new bracelet from us – also without wooden box.

This only applies to orders within Germany. For orders from abroad, please cancel and return the order with the wrong size. Subsequently, the purchase price will be refunded. For the new size you want, please place a new order. (For more details on revocation, see “Revocation policy”).
