Exchange

The bracelet doesn’t fit and you need it in a different size? No problem, we grant you a 14-day right of exchange from receipt of the bracelet. It is sufficient if you have sent your return by post within this 14-day period.

Everything you need to do for a size exchange:

1. our
exchange form
download and fill out.

2. return the bracelet to us together with the exchange form.

3. preferably as a registered letter so that you have a consignment number. Costs: 3.45 euros. As a compact letter up to 50 grams. (The bracelet without wooden box incl. cloth bag and exchange form usually weighs less than 50 g). We will then send you the bracelet in the new size – at our expense.

Please do NOT send us the return as a registered letter, as there is not always someone in the office and we have to go to the post office every time. This will increase the processing time. 🙁 .

4. without wooden box: Please send us the bracelet only in the cloth bag provided (or wrapped in some cloth or paper) without a wooden box in an envelope or in our cardboard envelope. Our mailbox is not very big. (This does NOT apply to revocations/returns. Please always return the complete shipment including the wooden box in the case of revocation/returns).

5. you will then receive the new bracelet in the new desired size from us – also without the wooden box.
